I know I've spent a lot of time loitering around here, moaning that I can't write and have no inspiration to write anymore. Well, that's gonna stop, my friends. Oh, yes. fictionfactor/cool2.gif

Yesterday my much missed muse decided to pay a visit, completely out of the blue.

What a buzz, to have those ideas and characters form in my head all of a sudden like that. It's been years since that has happened. I'd forgotten how great it feels.

I know it won't be the best-written piece of work in the history of the world, but who cares? I'm writing again. Yay! Just wanted to share with people who are likely to understand.

Thanks, guys.

The muse is a great help but remember it is meaningless until you sit and get it down. You need to remember that writing is 75% hard work. I will tell you what a very famous author told me over a cup of coffee after a book signing. Good writing is 80% hard work and 20% inspiration. If you sit down and pound the keys your muse will hear the keys being punched and come just to see what all of the activity is all about.
