Hello, Hello!

I could be wrong, but from the variety and type of questions, it sounds reminiscent of an English or creative writing assignment.

Even so:

Check out my article on Dialogue, that would help with some of the dialogue (questions 2 and 3) of your list--or at least get you started in your quest: Link: Dialogue Basics

Hope this puts you on the right track.

If you check out the other articles here at Fiction Factor ( Articles ) you should be able to track down the rest of the information youre seeking.

I have discovered a site that might help you with these questions.

It's a collaborative writing site - anyone can write their interpretation of a synopsis, get feedback and revise , and then help pick which piece goes into the book. Just browsing through it may help you get some answer to your questions--from reading the feedbacks. I'd love to hear what you think. Try it!
